Vibe Coding Rescue

Your vibe-coded MVP works.
Now let's make it shippable.

Built something with Lovable, Bolt, Cursor, Claude Code, v0, or Replit Agent? Hit the wall where the next change breaks the last one? That's where we come in. We harden, refactor, and ship AI-generated prototypes into production software your users can actually trust.

Sound Familiar?

If two or more of these are true, you need a rescue pass.

!

Every new feature breaks an old one.

!

Auth, payments, or data integrity feel held together with tape.

!

No tests. No CI. Deploys happen by clicking around.

!

Secrets and API keys are in the repo (or you're not sure).

!

You can't tell whether the database has backups.

!

Real users are hitting bugs you can't reproduce.

!

Investors or paying customers are about to see this.

!

You stopped touching the code because you don't trust yourself not to break it.

How It Works

Three steps, no mystery.

01

Audit (week 1)

Flat-fee read of the repo, the running app, and the data model. You get a written risk report ranked by blast radius, plus a fixed-scope rescue proposal.

02

Harden (weeks 2-4)

Lock down auth, secrets, backups, and the highest-risk code paths. Add tests around the parts you're scared to touch. Set up CI and a real deploy pipeline.

03

Ship (weeks 4+)

Refactor the parts that need it, add the missing features your AI tool couldn't finish, and hand back a codebase you (or your next hire) can actually maintain.

FAQ

Common questions.

What counts as a vibe-coded app?

Anything built primarily by prompting an AI tool: Lovable, Bolt, v0, Cursor, Replit Agent, Claude Code, Windsurf, Devin. Usually a single founder or small team got a working demo out fast, then hit a wall around auth, payments, data integrity, scale, security, or just shipping a second version without breaking the first.

When should I bring in help?

When the prototype is working but you can't safely change it, when users start hitting bugs you can't reproduce, when you need real auth or payments, when you're about to demo to investors or paying customers, or when you realize there are no tests and no deploy pipeline. Sooner is cheaper than later.

Will you rewrite everything from scratch?

Almost never. We keep what works, lock down what doesn't, add the missing safety nets (tests, CI, error tracking, backups), and refactor the riskiest pieces. Full rewrites are slow and rarely beat a disciplined incremental hardening pass.

Which stacks do you work in?

Most vibe-coded apps land on Next.js, Astro, React, Supabase, Postgres, Prisma, Vercel, or similar. We're stack-flexible, but if the existing code is unsalvageable we'll tell you up front instead of bandaging it.

How fast can you start?

Usually within a week. First step is a paid audit: we read the repo, run it, and hand back a written report with risk ranking, quick wins, and a fixed-scope proposal for the rescue work.

What does it cost?

Audits are flat-fee. Rescue engagements are scoped to the audit findings: typically 2-6 weeks of focused work, billed weekly. We're transparent about scope before you commit.

Send us the repo.

Audit turnaround is usually under a week. No NDA needed to start the conversation.
